To provide shorter delivery times and greater flexibility, XLifeDoll operates multiple regional warehouses while also offering factory-direct shipping for products that require production or customization. Regional Warehouse Delivery

Ready-to-Ship products stored in our regional warehouses are processed quickly and normally arrive within 5–8 business days after your order is confirmed.

Factory Direct Delivery

Products requiring production or customization are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in China.

Customers may choose either:

  • Standard Shipping (Sea Freight) – Free shipping with the most economical delivery option.
  • Air Express Shipping – Faster delivery for an additional shipping charge based on destination and package size.

Free Shipping

XLifeDoll offers free standard shipping on most eligible factory-direct orders delivered to North America, Europe, and selected international destinations.

For Ready-to-Ship products, shipping costs are included whenever indicated on the product page.

In some remote locations or destinations requiring special logistics arrangements, additional shipping charges may apply. If applicable, our customer support team will contact you for confirmation before your order is processed.

Shipping Insurance

To provide additional peace of mind, we recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance for high-value orders, particularly during peak shopping seasons or when shipping to destinations with increased transportation risks.

Shipping insurance helps protect your order against unexpected carrier-related incidents such as loss, theft, or significant transit damage.

Shipping Availability & Restrictions

XLifeDoll ships to most countries and regions worldwide.

However, due to international import regulations, customs policies, carrier restrictions, or local laws, shipping services may not currently be available for certain destinations.

If your shipping address cannot be processed during checkout, please contact our support team before placing your order. We will verify the latest shipping availability and recommend the most suitable shipping solution whenever possible.

Shipping availability may change without prior notice as international logistics regulations continue to evolve.

Customs & Taxes

XLifeDoll aims to make international shipping as simple and hassle-free as possible.

Regional Warehouse Orders

Orders shipped from our regional warehouses are delivered within the local service region and generally do not require additional import procedures.

Factory Direct Orders

For products shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, our quoted prices are designed to include import duties whenever possible for eligible destinations.

To simplify the delivery process, we work closely with our logistics partners, who will normally handle customs clearance on behalf of our customers.

In most cases, customers are not required to complete customs clearance procedures themselves.

However, customs authorities in some countries may occasionally require the recipient to provide additional information or cooperate with the customs clearance process. This may include, for example:

  • Identity verification
  • Tax identification number (where required)
  • Payment of locally applicable VAT, import taxes, or government fees
  • Additional documentation requested by customs authorities

These requirements are determined solely by the customs regulations of the destination country and are outside the control of XLifeDoll.

If customer participation is required, our support team and logistics partners will provide clear guidance and assist you throughout the customs clearance process to help ensure smooth delivery.

Discreet Packaging

Customer privacy is one of our highest priorities.

Every XLifeDoll order is packed using discreet and secure packaging designed to protect both your privacy and your purchase.

Our packaging features:

  • Plain, unbranded outer cartons
  • No adult-related product descriptions
  • No images showing package contents
  • No visible references identifying the product as an adult item
  • Protective internal packaging to minimize transportation damage

Please note that international customs authorities may inspect parcels as part of their normal customs clearance procedures. Such inspections are conducted solely by the relevant government agencies and are beyond the control of XLifeDoll.

Factory Inspection Photos

For selected factory-direct orders, customers may request inspection photos before shipment.

Upon request, our team can provide photographs of the completed product after final quality inspection and before packaging.

This additional verification allows customers to confirm the product before shipment and reflects our commitment to quality control and transparency.

Please note that factory inspection photos are intended for product verification only and may not include optional accessories shown in promotional images.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery information.

Tracking information is typically available within 24–72 hours after shipment. Depending on the shipping carrier and destination country, tracking updates may occasionally take longer to appear.

For factory-direct shipments transported by sea or ground freight, tracking information may not be updated continuously while the shipment is in transit. In many cases, tracking becomes available after the shipment arrives at the destination country and enters the local delivery network.

Carrier Pick-up Service

To provide additional flexibility and privacy, XLifeDoll supports shipment to selected carrier pick-up locations where this service is available.

If you prefer collecting your package from a carrier service point instead of receiving it at your home address, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

When requesting a carrier pick-up service, please provide:

  • Your preferred carrier (where applicable)
  • The complete pick-up location address
  • Your order number (if already placed)

Please note:

  • Packages must be collected within the carrier’s holding period.
  • Unclaimed packages may be returned by the carrier.
  • Additional shipping or handling charges resulting from returned shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.

Remote Area Delivery

Most orders can be delivered without additional shipping charges.

However, certain remote or special delivery areas may require additional transportation fees due to carrier limitations.

Examples may include:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Remote islands
  • Other carrier-defined remote delivery zones

If additional shipping charges apply, we will always contact you for approval before processing your order.

Returned Shipments

To help avoid unnecessary shipping delays or additional costs, please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing your purchase.

A shipment may be returned if:

  • The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The recipient cannot be contacted by the carrier.
  • The package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period.
  • Delivery is refused without prior authorization.

If a package is returned under these circumstances, additional shipping, handling, or carrier fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

For customized products already in production or shipped directly from the factory, cancellation or refund eligibility will follow the terms described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
