2.Flexible Order Cancellation Policy

Important Note: Order processing begins promptly to ensure fast delivery. After 24 hours, custom orders enter the production phase—materials are allocated and costs are incurred. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours or once production has started.

3.Policy on In-Stock Dolls

1)Shipping and Cancellation:

Once an in-stock order has been shipped, it is considered a final sale and cannot be canceled. If you request a cancellation after shipment, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover incurred shipping, handling, and packaging costs. This policy ensures fairness for both parties by accounting for expenses that have already been paid.

2)Handling Out-of-Stock Items:

In the rare event that an in-stock doll you've ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will promptly contact you to offer the following options:

      2.1 Factory Shipment: If you are willing to wait, we can arrange for the factory to produce and ship it directly from China. Please note that due to production and sea freight time, delivery may take approximately 40 days (depending on your location).

      2.2 Free Replacement: You may choose a new doll from our available inventory. We will refund or charge the price difference and provide additional compensation for the inconvenience.

      2.3 Full Refund: You may opt for a full refund, which will be processed and returned to your original payment method immediately.
