Part One: Local Shipments (Ready Stock)

This option is for ready dolls shipped directly from our local fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, or the EU, ensuring the fastest delivery for available stock.

Peak Season Advisory: Please be aware that during major peak shopping periods, such as Black Friday and the year-end holidays, logistics providers experience high volume. While we aim to maintain the 7-8 day window, total delivery times may be subject to minor delays.

2. Order Processing Time

We conduct daily inventory checks. Order processing ranges from 1 – 5 business days, depending on the following factors:

• The complexity of any customization options selected.

• The volume of orders currently in the fulfillment queue.

Custom Product Notice: The sex doll is a specialty custom product often made-to-order according to customer specifications. While we prioritize fast fulfillment, the processing time may be extended slightly in special cases.

Part Two: Shipments Directly from China

This option applies to dolls requiring a production cycle or those not currently held in local stock.

1. Standard Shipping (Sea Freight)

• Cost: Free (Via sea container ship).

• Process & Timeline (4 – 7 Weeks Total):

  • Production Phase: Manufacturing takes 5 – 20 days to complete.

  • Logistics Phase: The doll is shipped via sea container. Tracking status will remain inactive until the package successfully clears customs in the destination country.

  • Local Delivery: Once cleared, we arrange final local transportation. The tracking number will then be updated and active for final delivery to your address.

  • Latest Estimated Delivery: 4 – 7 Weeks from order placement.

2. Expedited Shipping (Air Express)

• Cost: The customer is responsible for Air Freight Fees, which are quoted directly by the carrier based on the final weight and volume.

• Delivery Timeline: 10 – 15 days to deliver to the customer's address (after the production phase is complete).
